Time Glide
Speeds up or slows down the running clock so it hits zero exactly when you want — a smooth ramp the whole way, never a jump.
Example: the clock shows 5:00 but the speaker actually has 3 minutes left. Type 3:00 below and hit Glide — the display eases from 5:00 down to 0:00 over exactly the next 3 real minutes, running a bit faster the whole time. Nobody watching sees a cut.
Glide active — the clock is running at an adjusted pace.
Colours
Same green → orange → red thresholds as the desktop app. Overtime always shows red.
Cue list
iPhone / iPad app
Pair the KUMA Companion app you already have — open it, tap Pair, enter this code. Clock, Start/Pause/Reset, set time and Time Glide work from there. One licence runs either this or a real desktop/Pi session, not both at once.

Open this on the screen you want the audience to see. It updates live and has no controls.
